DEMONS

As kids we all have always been afraid of ghosts and demons, while others run away, I like to deep dive into this subject. In all these years I have watched several types of movies depicting various forms of demons and demonic acts, as dangerous as they can be, humans are still on top of the list, no hell or demon can outrank us humans.

If you have watched Wild Wild Country you must be familiar with Osho and how his lawyer defends them by saying that “We all have demons in us” From my perspective, each demon is severe and carries unimaginable power to destroy us from within, none of them being less evil. But what is a demon? Is it an entity? Is it a habit? Is it a cult?  I think Demon is anything that persuades us to choose wrong, or what is easy, or what is a shortcut, leading you away from hard work and perseverance. 

As humans we always have two choices, and as Dumbledore once said, we can choose to do what is right or to do what is easy. Doing the right thing is always tough, I don’t know why, but people often oppose, disagree, resist such people who choose to do right. It seems as if people choose to embrace their demons.

Lies, Jealousy, Hatred, Manipulation all being the backbone of leading you astray

Truth, Hope, Love, Knowledge being the ways to fight against the demons and maintaining focus.

It is quite ironic, all of us know the things that I wrote about above but still it is so hard to follow.

Recently I watched The Exorcist: Believer, and after this movie and 100 others like it….I understood that the best of the exorcisms are just a means of communication to the possessed being who were led astray by their inner demons and persuaded to cross the boundary by the rulers of the realm of afterlife. Exorcism provides a strong point of communication to pull the possessed being back to our realm, the realm of life or the realm of living. As much as these Exorcisms are scary to witness or perform, they prove an important point that each and every demon has to kneel in front of the power of righteousness. 

Whether it was a witch who used black magic to cast Disney princesses with a curse or Valak who challenged the faith of people in the disguise of a Nun or Tom Riddle who wanted to be the most powerful dark wizard known to mankind or the Pennywise clown who feeds on the fear of children, the only way to beat all of them was to show courage, to choose right, to not loose hope, to stay loyal to your choices and to not surrender to the evil methods of the Demons.

Well, if you think all of the dark entities I mentioned above are too hypothetical for you to understand or relate to, look around, open your eyes, you will find Wolves disguised as Sheep. Whether it is our Corrupt Politicians, who instil fear amongst the people, or Fake Men of God who spread terrorism in the name of religion or Manipulative Media broadcasting false information to create chaos, are they any less than Bathsheba the Witch, Valak the Demon, Pennywise the Evil Clown or Voldemort the Dark Lord?

As I already said Humans outrank all of the hell and its demons, it is for us to decide whether we want to embrace knowledge and truth or do we choose to remain blind and follow the demons. It is truly difficult to choose between what is right and what is easy. I leave this decision to the best judgement of my reader.
