WHO AM I ??

I have no idea how to write a blog. Honestly, I was travelling with my two friends by train and God knows what struck into their heads and they said, “Why don’t you write your blogs? Other guys and girls will be inspired by your stories and you write well.” I thought about it for a while, and here I am, writing the first paragraph of my first blog ever. Damn, why is it so easy to convince me to do something !!! Huh…..Nevermind…Who cares!?

It is not like I never thought of being interactive with the world, I really wanted to become a student vlogger when I was in China in 2019 during my first year of my Medical Undergraduate Degree. But a great turn of events (the unfortunate year 2020) crushed down my dreams of becoming a student vlogger who would have captured her memories and moments while studying in China and would share them with the world. Actually, now that I think of it, thank god I didn’t become a vlogger because when I saw myself after giving my first ever interview in January 2022, I saw that I look like a potato and before I could give any second thoughts about that interview, it was already uploaded on Youtube and right now, has over 100K views. This Pandemic taught us that doctors are so Important but at the same time, it also stir up some hatred about China in people’s minds cause they all believed that China is the main culprit behind the Covid-19. So now, whenever someone asks me what do you study, I begin with, I am studying to become a doctor. Till that point, the person loves me and respects me and it is a positive relationship. But as soon as they go ahead and ask from where are you studying Medicine, and I tell them from a University in China, their hatred for me goes from 0 to 100 and all that positive relationship and love and respect goes from 100 to 0. What can I say, I have a Love-Hate Relationship with everyone around me…………. ( ಥ ͜ʖ ಥ )( ಥ ͜ʖ ಥ )( ಥ ͜ʖ ಥ )

It is not like I need validation from society but the constant insults, judgements and free advice that people like to give, which I definitely didn’t ask for, irritates me.

Talking about my family, they are MELODRAMATIC, way more than any other Indian Household. When I told them about my plan to go to China for further studies after class 12th, all of them suffered from an attack..for some, it was a Panic Attack for rest, it was a Heart Attack. I will tell you why-

First Person in the family to travel abroad for studies>>At the age of 19 years>> Plus the fact, that I am a girl>>Plus the fact, that English and Hindi, the only two languages I ever knew, won’t be of any help in China.

So you see, the above four factors played a big role in my family’s Melodrama which went for about 4 months. It was a hell lot difficult to convince everyone, but I finally did and I went to Jinan, China. I came back for my vacation in January 2020 and since then, I am stuck in India. It felt so filmy when I returned back, like Sharukh’s Movie- Swades. But all that vibes are long gone.

After seeing how China is not calling back its students, I advised my sister to go to Ukraine for her Medical Degree. She went in January, and you know the rest. She is back now, safe and sound.

After hearing that my sister is returning back to India due to the Russia-Ukraine War, she said, “Kurmi khandaan ki ladkiyon ka koi bharosa nahi hai, ek China gayi aur Pandemic lekar aayi, aur dusri Ukraine gayi aur War karwakar aayi” (You can’t trust the girls of Kurmi Family, one went to China and spread pandemic in the world, while the other went to Ukraine and caused a war).

Someone told me recently, that if I google my surname and check it out, I will come to know about some great qualities that are associated with my surname. All I can say is that I am a Kshatriya (Warrior Clan) and definitely those qualities run in my veins. 💪( ▀̿ ̿ ͜ʖ ▀̿ ̿  ҂)💪( ▀̿ ̿ ͜ʖ ▀̿ ̿  ҂)💪( ▀̿ ̿ ͜ʖ ▀̿ ̿  ҂)
